Frozen Mung beans batter/ 'Kuih Kacang'

To make the batter: Mix together rice flour, a spoon of corn starch, a pinch of lime water, tumeric powder, salt and water. The batter should be thick (like the batter for fried banana/'pisang goreng') to ensure it covers all of the surface area. Fry it on high heat.

Estimated measurement: 1 cup rice flour to fry 20 pieces of 'kuih kacang'.

Fried mung beans. Sweet mung beans on the inside with crunchy, salty layer of rice flour on the outside.
