Instructions on how to reheat the murtabak:
1. Place a slice or two of the murtabak on a plate and heat it in a microwave for 15 secs. Turn it around and heat it again for another 15 secs, or until warm.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on a low heat.
3. Fry the murtabak until both sides are a bit crispy. No oil needed.


Recipe for acar bawang: Cut red onions into thin slices and place it in a big bowl. Add some vinegar, water and lots of sugar. Stir the mixture and let cool in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Can last till a week or two if store in the fridge.
Estimated measurement: 1/2 big red onion to make acar bawang for 4 pieces of murtabak.
